By downloading, accessing, or using KRESTO ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

KRESTO generates resume sections, cover letters, recruiter messages, and recommendations using AI. This content is produced from the information you provide and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending or submitting it.

Any ATS compatibility score provided by KRESTO is an estimate based on common parsing patterns and does not guarantee how a specific employer system will rank or parse your resume. Scores are guidance only.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to KRESTO and for any content you submit to employers, recruiters, or job platforms using or based on KRESTO's output. You agree not to use KRESTO to misrepresent your qualifications or to deceive any recipient.

KRESTO is a tool to help you prepare job applications. We do not guarantee that you will receive an interview, job offer, or any employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and are outside our control.

You agree not to:

• Use KRESTO for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others, including another person's resume or confidential work.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Service or its underlying systems.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.

KRESTO may offer paid subscriptions. Subscription fees are billed through the App Store under Apple's terms and are non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's policies. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your App Store account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
